We had a wonderful stay at a gorgeous cottage in a stunning setting. the owners, Alison and her team, were incredibly welcoming and always pleasant to speak to. They even gave us complimentary gifts upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful gesture. the cottage itself was stylish and had everything we needed for a restful break. Alison, in particular, was a fabulous host, making sure we had everything we needed and providing us with great advice on places to visit and eat. She even went the extra mile and called a restaurant to check if a table was available. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby Sugar Loaf mountain, which offered outstanding views. Abergavenny, a short walk from the cottage, had plenty of lovely dining options. We highly recommend staying at Pen, Y, Worlod Cottages for a truly enjoyable getaway. Cons: Almost perfect! 👌🏼.

The cozy space was even better than expected, with amazing decor and plenty of room for both of us. The highlight was definitely the incredible shower and the hot tub, making our stay extra luxurious. The hosts, Alison and Dean, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even going above and beyond to decorate the cottage for our friend's birthday. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room with Netflix and Amazon made our evenings in just as enjoyable. The location was perfect, surrounded by stunning views and picturesque walks. We can't wait to return!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a charming cottage in the beautiful countryside. The cottage was spacious and well-equipped, with modern amenities like Sky TV and a hot tub. The hosts, Allison and Dean, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even surprised us with a birthday cake and balloons for our friend's special day. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to prepare delicious meals. The living room was cozy, with big sofas and a TV with Netflix and Amazon for our evenings in. The bathroom had all the essentials, including soft towels and toiletries. Despite the rainy weather, we felt warm and cozy inside the cottage, thanks to the heating system. The scented candles added a lovely touch of homeliness. The location was ideal, with picturesque views and nearby walking trails. Allison was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the best routes and attractions in the area. Although we couldn't take full advantage of the outdoor patio and garden area due to the weather, it would be perfect for a garden party in better conditions. I highly recommend this cottage for a memorable and comfortable stay.
The only drawback was having only one bathroom, which required some coordination when there were four of us. Additionally, the WiFi connection was not very reliable.

Absolutely gorgeous little cottage! Plenty of space for our dog, which is always a worry for us! Lovely little extras such as tea, coffee, and milk already there on arrival. Cottage is in a good location, close to town and lots of mountains to explore.
Struggling to find something we didn't like! the only thing that could have been better was the lack of a towel rail in the bathroom.
